This Privacy Policy explains how COLAMY Inc (ABN 79 209 712 841) ("COLAMY", "we", "us" or "our") collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information when you visit, communicate with, or make a purchase from colamyhome.com.au (the "Site").

- Xcotton, where Shipping Protection applies or related assistance is requested;

- Google and Meta/Facebook for analytics, advertising measurement and personalised advertising, subject to applicable consent and preference controls;

- technology, security and professional service providers; and

- regulators, courts, law enforcement or other parties where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We use Google and Meta/Facebook advertising services to measure advertising performance and show advertising that may be relevant to you. These providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and interactions with advertisements.
